HAFU is a restaurant that balances architectural precision with the experiential quality of space. The architectural concept was developed by Chorografos Architects, while the application study and implementation of all custom constructions were carried out by Tsigenis Woodcraft, in close collaboration with the architectural team, with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and construction quality. The project includes the entrance door with its internal cladding, constructions with solid slats supported by a metal framework acting as a key spatial element, the mezzanine partition, and a custom-built seating structure. Additional elements include exterior metal shading systems combined with solid components, as well as the bespoke construction above the pass and all service counters throughout the space. Each element integrates seamlessly into the environment, supporting the restaurant’s function rather than standing as an isolated feature—bringing together functionality, detail, and durability in everyday use.
